1. What is this page?

This page explains why a business owner or operator may have received a one-time email or WhatsApp message from Reapdat Inc. about an AI front desk assistant demo built for their business. Reapdat Inc. is a Canadian company incorporated in Ontario, with its registered office at 6 Willick Place, Brampton, Ontario, L6X 4Z5, Canada.

If you received a message and want to know how we found you, what we did with your business's public information, or how to stop receiving messages, this notice covers all of it.

2. Who we contact

We send a limited number of introductory messages to business owners and operators whose businesses appear well-suited to an AI front desk assistant solution. We never send messages to:

• Consumers or private individuals — only business contact paths the business has published itself.
• Anyone on our internal suppression list — once you opt out, you stay out.
• Anyone who has previously asked us to stop, regardless of how they asked.

3. How we found your business

Your business's contact details came from one or more of the following public sources:

• Your business's own website, where you have voluntarily published a contact email, phone number, and address for prospective customers to reach you.
• Public business directories and mapping services (such as Google Maps), where you have listed your business as a public-facing operation that accepts inquiries.
• Public review platforms, where your business appears as a venue customers can review.

We did not buy your details from a contact-list vendor and we did not extract them from any private database. Everything we hold is information you have made public so that customers can find and contact you.

4. What we built and what we sent you

When we identified your business as a potential fit, we did the following — all using only your business's publicly available information:

• Reviewed your business website to understand the kind of work you do and what an AI front desk assistant would handle on your behalf.
• Generated a personalized live demo at a temporary URL (for example, reapdat.com/c/your-business-name) showing how Reapdat would respond to customer questions for your business.
• Sent you a one-time introductory message — by email or WhatsApp — pointing at that demo and explaining who we are.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing your business. The demo is built by Reapdat Inc. on public information for the purpose of evaluation only. Using your business name in the demo URL and chat is nominative use to identify which business the demo is showcasing; it does not imply any commercial relationship.

5. Your rights and how to act on them

You can do any of the following at any time, free of charge:

• Unsubscribe from email by clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any message we send. The next message will not be delivered, and your address is added to our permanent suppression list.
• Opt out of SMS or WhatsApp by replying STOP to the message. We will not contact you again on that number.
• Ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@reapdat.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
• Take down the demo URL we built for your business by emailing outreach@reapdat.com with the link. We will deactivate it within 24 hours of receiving the request.
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you by emailing privacy@reapdat.com.

We process every opt-out without delay — and in any case within 10 business days — and once you opt out we honor it permanently; we do not re-add you after any period of time. The unsubscribe link in each message stays active for at least 60 days after it is sent. Opting out covers all of our outreach: introductory sales messages, demo invitations, and any follow-up messages.

6. Legal basis for contacting you

We send messages only where we have a lawful basis under applicable law:

• Canada (CASL): We rely on implied consent under section 10(9)(b) of the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, which applies where a business has conspicuously published its electronic address (without a statement that unsolicited messages are unwelcome) and the message is relevant to the recipient's business role. Our messages comply with CASL's sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements.
• European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / ePrivacy): We rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for B2B outreach to publicly published business contacts, balanced against the recipient's rights and freedoms. You may object to processing at any time by emailing privacy@reapdat.com.
• India (DPDP Act 2023): We rely on legitimate use under section 4 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act for contact details voluntarily made available to the public by the data principal, and we honor opt-outs immediately.
• United States (CAN-SPAM): Our email messages comply with the identification, opt-out, and physical-address requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act.

7. How long we keep your information

If you do not respond to our message, we automatically delete your contact details and the personalized demo within 90 days of our last attempt. If you reply or click the demo link, your information is retained as part of your sales engagement record until you ask us to delete it. If you opt out, we retain only the minimum information needed to honor your opt-out (an entry on our suppression list).

8. We are not affiliated with your business

To be unambiguous: Reapdat Inc. is not affiliated with, partnered with, employed by, contracted to, or otherwise commercially connected to the business named in our message or in the demo URL. The demo is a Reapdat-built capability showcase, not a service the named business has signed up for or endorsed. If our use of your business name in a demo URL or chat is unwelcome, contact outreach@reapdat.com and we will take it down within 24 hours.
