Fair-Use Policy

AI never stops mid-month.

Your plan limits are soft envelopes, not hard caps. If you go over, your AI keeps answering. Here's exactly how that works.

1. What counts as one unit

2. Soft-limit zones

Whichever metric is reached first triggers the zone — bookings, visitors, voice minutes, chat conversations, or emails handled.

3. Optional overage blocks (opt-in)

Off by default. Enable in Portal → Billing if you want extra capacity instead of throttle. Hard ceiling: 4 blocks per month = max 1× plan price extra. No surprises.

4. Always-on cost-protection guardrails

These apply regardless of plan or zone. They keep abuse from costing you.
